LF-E-C-Q-4C Forward Curved Commercial Kitchen Fume Purified Centrifugal Fan

This is a commercial centrifugal fan specially used to discharge purified oil fume. It can discharge dust hardness particles with high humidity and temperature ≤80℃ or ≤150㎎/m³. This forward-inclined centrifugal fan is suitable for use in food factories, chain restaurants, canteens, and in conjunction with air conditioning units.

（1）This centrifugal fan uses a forward-inclined centrifugal impeller (blade exit angle is greater than 90°).

The impeller with a larger exit angle can provide a greater full pressure (603Pa to 693Pa), and can absorb and discharge more than 3450m³ to 8000m³ of kitchen fume per hour (equal to the amount of fume produced by 2 gas stoves).

（2）It is a more advanced version of the LF-E-A-Q-4A special fan for oil fume purification.

It is suitable for a 4kW-4 motor and a belt to drive the impeller to rotate at high speed, and the exhaust speed and flow rate of the fan can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the belt.

（3）This centrifugal fan has undergone strict dynamic and static balance correction and produces less vibration and noise during operation (less than 71db)

（4）This centrifugal fan is made of stainless steel structure and shell, and the casing is painted with anti-high temperature paint.

The overall design is detachable, making it easy to install, maintain and clean. The casing adopts a cabinet design, which can absorb more kitchen fumes and guide it to the air outlet.
